1: Definitions In these Terms of Service, the following terms shall have the meanings specified below: a. “Provider” refers to Redmond.ai, the cloud hosting services company. b. “Client” refers to any individual or entity who subscribes to or uses the services of the Provider. c. “Services” refers to the cloud hosting services provided by the Provider, as described on the Provider’s website or in any applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA). d. “Account” refers to the Client’s registered account with the Provider.

2: Acceptance of Terms of Service By subscribing to or using the Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies, guidelines, or modifications that may be posted on the Provider’s website.

3: Services The Provider shall provide the Services as described on the Provider’s website or in the applicable SLA. The Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Services at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

4: Account Registration and Security The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their username and password. The Client shall immediately notify the Provider of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.

5: Payments and Fees The Client agrees to pay the fees associated with the Services, as specified on the Provider’s website or in the applicable SLA. The Provider reserves the right to change the fees at any time, with or without notice. Failure to pay any fees may result in the suspension or termination of the Client’s account and Services.

6: Data Protection and Privacy The Provider shall maintain reasonable security measures to protect the Client’s data stored on the Provider’s servers. The Provider’s Privacy Policy, as posted on its website, shall govern the collection, use, and disclosure of the Client’s personal information.

7: Intellectual Property Rights The Client retains ownership of any intellectual property rights in the data stored on the Provider’s servers. By using the Services, the Client grants the Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, transmit, and display the Client’s data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

8: Limitation of Liability The Provider’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Services during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data.

9: Termination Either party may terminate the Services at any time by providing written notice to the other party. The Provider may also terminate the Services without notice if the Client breaches any term or condition of these Terms of Service.

10: Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
